Customer Care

We desire to maintain a relationship of trust and integrity as you entrust us with the responsibility of producing raw, unfiltered, honey. When it comes to quality we take your family's health as seriously as our own.  If you have any questions about any of our products, please send us an email and we'd love to talk.

Wholesale Inquiries

We currently do not wholesale our honey, but we do wholesale our other products such as our best-selling Elderberry Brew kits. If you are interested in buying our products at wholesale please contact us and we will respond within one to two business days.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We do not ship our honey. You must purchase honey at a local vendor. Please see our current locations and farmer's market (calendar coming soon). We hope to meet you face to face and thank you for shopping local! 

We ship products (not including honey) within 5-7 business days after your order is confirmed. If a product is out of stock you will be unable to place an order but will be notified by email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, as most of our products are eatable we cannot accept any returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your purchase was damaged upon arrival please contact us.

    Our bees are busy at work as we excitedly await harvest season summer of 2022! Please follow us on social media for updates.
  • Can we visit the bees?
    We are currently not offering tours but look forward to opening back up to the public soon. In the meantime, follow us on social media @sundayhousehoney for bee updates.
  • Can I sell your products in my store?
    Yes! We have several store selling our products. Please contact us for wholesale pricing.
